Mastic for conglomerate flat tops


Easy finishing of conglomerate flat tops.

 


With a simple spatula, this quick adapted mastic allows to quicly realize finishing on conglomerate flat tops
Without solving, smooth, very adhesive, dry and can be sanded after 20 minutes.

Advantage : Do not unglue under heat

Quick finishing : one application
Super finishing : 2 applications followed by sanding.

2 colours :
White for melamined pannels
Agglo : for rough conglomerate

Can be tinted with universal colours (in paste before application)
Can be painted and varnished so that you can obtain all the colours.

To hide joints of the floor parquet board
Also used in marquetery or for mosaïc parquet before varnishing.

Sold in kit with spatula and steel fiber 000 for parquet and laminated finishing.

WOOD MASTIC®E800 et E900






Mastic used in wood finishing : very thin, stiff , adhesive, moisture resistant.

Allows to do finishing 2/6 mm in only one apllication.

Ready to use mastic in aqueous phasis .
Respect the environment, non-sensible to climatic changes, uninflammable and non-toxic.
Wood Mastic E800 resists well to moisture. 5 days in water at 22°c +/-1°c then 2 cycles of 2 hours in boiling water.

Brookshield viscosity :
110 to 120 000 cps at 20°c (E800)
Can be used between 5 and 30°c

6 colours : white, light wood, blond wood, exotic wood, dark wood and dark brown.

Once dry and sand, wood mastic E800 well recovers the tints
Indoor or sheltered outdoors use.

WOOD MASTIC®E 800 thanks to its smoothness and fluidity can be applied by a pressure gun or by gravity on a split (boarding filling befor painting)

The use of a pressure gun allows:
- a deep filling of repairs
- vertical or horizontal apllications
- a semi-automatic mastic distribution without handle or loss.

For specific applications in plywood indutry , Briancon production created Wood mastic E900 for a perfect heat stability. It can be used on very hot panels until 80°c , immediately heaped up.
60 à 80 000 cps à 20°C (E900)coming out of manufacturing.
Wood Mastic E900 quickly thickens.Expiry date 6 months.
