For this reason, a code of conduct has been written so as not to forget these essential values that lead to even SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT and overall performance of the company.


ECONOMIC VALUES

* Building a sustainable strategy meaningful for all stakeholders. Formalize, promote and measure the effects.

* Divide equally between shareholders and employees, the results are not invested in the development of the company.

* Beyond the balance of power trading by developing cooperative relationships with its customers: involvement in strategic thinking in innovation projects, fairness in trade.

* Treat suppliers as the company would be treated by its customers and this, together with them define a contractual relationship based on shared objectives.

* Do not carry on suppliers and subcontractors, or outsource to other countries the social and environmental responsibility of the company.

ENVIRONMENTAL VALUES

* Making the company a place of awareness and education to environmental protection and ecological issues.

* Integrate environmental impacts from product design and throughout their life cycle. Under VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds), use of biodegradable materials, implementation of the REACH directive.

Manage waste through sorting and recycling of packaging.

* Promote social dialogue with employees trained.

* Making diversity a strength for the company and implement an active policy of non-discrimination, especially taking into account sex, age, disability, race, ethnicity.
