Wood Vinyl Glue NORMAL ROC

Use

Normal ROC glue allows the assembly of all wood (solid, plywood, chipboard).

Veneer laminates indoors.

Properties: Without mineral fillers.

Normal ROC glue is made from thermoplastic resins strictly without adding mineral fillers.

After drying the Normal ROC glue forms a transparent film without aura.
It does not stain the wood.

By formula Normal ROC glue has a high viscosity and excellent mechanical strength.

Normal ROC glue is flammable.

Preparation
Before applying the Normal ROC glue dusting and cleaning surfaces.

Application: Strong adhesion
Apply with a brush, a spatula gear, a pasting on one side.
Perform a double bonding for assembly of porous wood or high density.
Build in 15 minutes.

Temperature above 10 ° C.
Moisture content between 8 and 12%.

Closed assembly time at 20 ° C: 15 min.

Mechanical clamping: 30 to 40 minutes at 20 ° C
10 to 15 minutes at 60 ° C.

Final curing time: 24 hours.
Clamping pressure: 2 to 7 kgf / cm ².

Cleaning utensils: water
Do not discharge waste to the sewer.
